Bought 3 Socket Fan Lights Model 8563 batch 20234B date code 2022 Dec . Six ( 6 ) months ago !! 2 out of the 3 lights do not work anymore !!!! Pure garbage .

We bought two of these. Within 3 months they both stopped working. The fan on one doesn't work and the light on the other doesn't work.

The lighting is OK but the fan is so weak , hold a feather under it at 2' and it won't move it.. sadly , don't waste your money

It turns clockwise blowing air up, instead of blowing the air down. Which makes a fan useless in the south. No way to reverse the direction , don’t buy.

I purchased my light/fan less than 1 month ago. The remote control no longer turns the fan on and doesn't allow me to change the light level. I contacted the warranty department and sent them the required pictures of my fan/light and receipt. I just received a response back saying I had to pay the shipping to return the defective product back to them before they would send me a new one. I replied that I wouldn't pay money to ship back their broken product. This is an unacceptable warranty program. I will just take it back to the store to get a refund and write this negative experience review.
